Tomball Community Center: Senior programs and outings to keep area residents involved and engaged. All activities (except day trips) are no charge, 5 days a week full of activities to keep seniors young and active. Quilting, Mahjong, Line dancing, Yoga, Card Games, Day trips.

Meals On Wheels: Meals on Wheels delivers hot, well-balanced meals to the doors of seniors and other neighbors who are homebound because of disability or illness.​ Drivers also deliver groceries once a month to low-income seniors through NAM’s Senior Food program.​

Rides & Transportation: Transportation is a big issue for many seniors. Unable to drive for health or economic reasons they become homebound. As such, going to a doctor's appointment or the grocery store is challenging. Here are some affordable or FREE transportation services for seniors.

The Heritage Tomball Alzheimer's Support:
Join us each month for our Family Support Group in our Independent Living lounge. Meet other caregivers coping with dementia or memory loss and share your stories and challenges. Refreshments will be provided.

This support group is open to the public. Our focus is on Dementia and Parkinson's Disease. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday every month.

The Foundry Church:
Our Caregiver Connection group provides support for caregivers trying to balance the demands of their own life while caring for a loved one. Connect with other caregivers and receive spiritual and emotional support. Glean insights and learn of resources to make the journey more rewarding and less overwhelming. We meet on the first Monday of every month.
